Come join Nancy for a weekend of discovery of learning, movement and brain integration.
You will experience the Basics of Brain Gym:
• 26 movements and how to use them
• Brain Gym’s 5 step approach to physical, emotional and mental balance
• 3 dimensions of brain/body connections and how they inter-relate
• Dennison Repatterning and the 3 Dimensional Repatterning
Brain Gym 101 is the Core Program of Educational Kinesiology (Edu-K) the study and application of posture and movement to enhance academic, interpersonal, and physical learning. Brain Gym is a program of physical movements that enhance learning and performance in ALL areas. The course includes 26 easy and enjoyable targeted activities that integrate body and mind to bring about rapid and often dramatic improvements in concentration, memory, reading, writing, organizing, listening, physical coordination, and more. Nancy Peterson has been an educator in both the public and private sector for over 30 years. She has consulted with major corporations, hospitals, school systems and government agencies. Her passion is to make a difference of those she comes in contact with. Her special interest is young children who face mental and physical challenges.
This course is for therapists, counselors, PT’s, OT’s, nurses, students, educators, parents, caregivers, and anyone wanting to move through life with more joy and ease.

Course Fee $480.00
Includes manual, certificate of attendance, lunch for all 2 days (please plan for any personal, dietary restrictions, as lunches will be catered). CEU’s for 24 hours.
A $125 deposit is due by March 2, 2018 to reserve your spot, with balance due March 16, 2018. No refunds are available unless we cancel. Minimum 15 and maximum 30 people for attendance.
Lunch Friday & Sunday are included. Saturday lunch is on your own.

Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring a blanket, refillable water bottle, a snack for yourself and 2 different colored markers. Spring Water and hot tea will be supplied. We will be doing lots of movements, so wear comfortable shoes and a sweater or sweatshirt as room temperature may fluctuate. Physio balls are welcome, too!!
